Saturday evening we left Woodstock for a weekend in Louisville! Skylee fell asleep a few hours before we got into town, and in the morning, when she woke, she was happily surprised to see Uncle Nick and Carol! We explored Carol's basement and played with her hundreds of bead necklaces. :) Skylee also had a great time petting Nessie who looked more like a pony in Skylee's point of view. After a few hours of lounging and catching up, we ventured to Olive Garden for brunch. Breadsticks, salad, and spaghetti? Yes, please. Skylee dressed up especially halloweeny, and while she didn't fully understand Halloween, was excited!
I love Nessie. lol Such a sweet beastie.
